Start with a Taste Test

Before committing, let your dog try our food. Order a trial pack of any recipe (Chicken & Brown Rice, Lamb & Brown Rice, or our Vegetarian recipe) and watch how your pet responds. Our Fresh Meals arrive gently cooked, portioned and ready to serve – no thawing or cooking required.

• Freshly prepared in small batches and delivered within 24 hours of cooking.
• Human‑grade ingredients so you can see and smell the quality.
• Ideal for sensitive stomachs; if your dog isn’t used to fresh food, start with small portions and gradually increase.
  

Tailor Their Menu

Every dog is different, so we offer choice. After your trial, you decide which recipes to continue with and how much food you need. Choose the protein (Chicken, Lamb or Vegetarian), select the portion size for your dog’s weight, and decide how many days of food you’d like per delivery.

• Chicken & Brown Rice: A lighter meal made with lean chicken breast and wholesome grains – perfect for everyday feeding.
• Lamb & Brown Rice: A richer, less common protein that’s gentle for dogs with sensitivities; lamb is often recommended as an alternative when chicken isn’t well tolerated
• Vegetarian Recipe: Plant‑based proteins including cottage cheese and kidney beans for dogs who can’t tolerate meat; balanced and complete
  

You can mix and match recipes in your order to create a rotation plan. Rotating proteins helps reduce the risk of developing sensitivities over time and keeps mealtimes interesting.

Subscribe & Relax

Once you’ve chosen your recipes and portion sizes, set up a subscription so meals arrive on your schedule. Subscriptions are flexible – skip, pause or change your plan anytime.

• Regular deliveries: We cook and dispatch meals every 2 to 14 days (you choose) to keep food fresh.
• Auto‑rotate proteins: Opt into a rotation bundle to receive different recipes each delivery (e.g., Chicken one week, Lamb the next).
• Bundle & Save: Save by ordering mixed bundles or multi‑week plans. Combining Chicken and Lamb in one bundle ensures your dog gets a range of nutrients while you enjoy better pricing.
  

Serve & Enjoy

Meals arrive chilled in vacuum‑sealed pouches. Keep them in the refrigerator (below 4 °C) and use within 6 days. When it’s time to feed:

1. Allow the portion to come to room temperature for better aroma.
2. Open the pouch and serve directly – no heating needed.
3. Adjust portion based on appetite and always provide fresh water.
