A: No. Fresh Meals contain no chemical preservatives or additives. Because they are truly fresh, they have a shorter shelf life than shelf-stable food. Proper refrigeration keeps them fresh for up to 6 days. When frozen, they have a shelf life of upto 30 days.

A: If refrigerated at 4°C or below, our meals stay fresh for up to 6 days. For longer storage you can freeze the meals, but always thaw in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.

Q: Do I need to heat the meals?
A: We recommend serving at room temperature. Simply take the meal out of the fridge and let it warm for a few minutes. Do not microwave the sealed package; instead, empty it into a bowl if warming slightly.

Storage & Safety

Q: How should I store the meals?
A: Store unopened vacuum-sealed meals in the refrigerator at or below 4°C. Once opened, use within 48 hours. For longer storage, freeze the sealed meals and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
