Return & Refund Policy

At Pet Gourmet (Sri Shanmukha Nutrition), every meal is freshly cooked, perishable food. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petgourmet.in or +91 9100133666 with your order number and a photo of the item.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@petgourmet.in or +91 9100133666.

Refunds
Where a refund is applicable (for example, a prepaid order that could not be delivered or fulfilled), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
